1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) governs the relationship between IE Yuksel Larisa Khalilovna (hereinafter — Service Provider) and the website user (hereinafter — Customer).

1.2. The Service Provider offers services for creating digital business cards on the vizit.life platform.

1.3. By using the website and placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, including the list of services, pricing, and conditions of use. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

2.1. The Service Provider offers the following services:

  • Creating a personalized digital business card on the vizit.life platform
  • Generating a unique QR code and link to the digital card
  • Hosting and maintaining the digital card for at least 1 year

3. Order and Payment

3.1. An order is considered placed after completing the form on the website and confirming payment.

3.2. Payment is processed through YooKassa (YooMoney) payment system or other methods specified on the website.

3.3. The service is considered delivered upon creation and activation of the digital business card.

3.4. Current service prices are listed on the vizit.life website and may be changed by the Service Provider at its sole discretion.

3.5. Price changes do not apply to already paid and delivered services. New pricing applies to orders placed after the changes take effect.

3.6. The Service Provider may run promotions, offer discounts, promo codes, and special offers. Promotion terms may be changed or cancelled at any time.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. The digital business card is created and becomes available immediately after payment.

4.2. The Customer receives a unique link and QR code to access their card.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Before service delivery: The Customer may cancel the order before the digital card is created, with a full refund.

5.2. After service delivery: If the digital card is created and works correctly, refunds are not provided as the service has been delivered. If the card does not work (link is inaccessible, QR code does not scan), the Customer is entitled to a full refund.

5.3. Refund procedure: Contact info@vizit.life. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1. The Service Provider guarantees digital card availability for at least 1 year from creation.

6.2. Warranty covers link accessibility, QR code functionality, and ability to edit card information.

7. Changes to Terms and Pricing

7.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the list of services, their pricing, and the terms of use of the platform at any time.

7.2. Certain features and capabilities of the platform that were provided free of charge at the time of registration or use may become paid features in the future. In such cases, the Service Provider will notify Customers by publishing information on the website.

7.3. The Service Provider may introduce new paid features, change pricing plans, set limits on the use of free features, and modify the scope and composition of previously provided services.

7.4. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes the Customer's acceptance of the new terms. If the Customer disagrees with the changes, they may discontinue use of the service and delete their account.

7.5. Paid services are provided under the terms in effect at the time of payment for the duration of the paid period.

8. Account Deletion and Data Removal

8.1. The Customer may delete their account at any time through the dashboard on the website.

8.2. Upon account deletion, all personal data of the Customer, including digital business cards, analytics, contact information, and order history, will be permanently and irreversibly removed from the system.

8.3. Data recovery after account deletion is not possible.

8.4. Account deletion is the only way to completely remove personal data from the system.
